WebDuncan McNeil (born 7 September 1950) is a Scottish Labour Party politician. He was the Member of the Scottish Parliament (MSP) for the Greenock and Inverclyde constituency from 1999 until 2016. Career [ edit] McNeil campaigning in Greenock WebGreene was born in Greenock, Inverclyde, and holds dual British and Canadian citizenship. He was educated at James Watt College in the town. [1] Prior to his election he worked in the broadcast, media and digital technology industries, most recently as a senior executive for the multinational broadcast network Viacom International. [1]
