That means if you send your sub a teleport request normally through IM boxes or contact lists, they just don't get a confirmation dialog and are taken right away. That's a default setting for each full owner. Default restriction presets are: 1. Hear: (single restriction) @rcvchatrestricts wearer’s ability to see local chat. 2.
